All three cover 1080p to 4K gaming. GeForce leads in ray tracing, DLSS and AI software support; Radeon often gives more memory for the money; Intel Arc is the budget option with strong media encoding. Compare prices for the same performance tier.
8 GB is entry level for 1080p. 12–16 GB suits 1440p and 4K gaming with high textures; 24 GB and more helps with 4K at maximum settings, 3D work and running AI models locally.
Workstation cards (RTX PRO, Radeon PRO, Arc Pro) use drivers certified for CAD and content applications, and often have more memory, ECC and blower coolers for multi-GPU systems. Gaming cards cost less per frame.
Usually not: H100, H200, L40S and Instinct accelerators are passively cooled and rely on server airflow, and most have no display outputs. They're built for AI training and inference in servers.
